Implementing a Program

 

Lights! Camera! Action!  With your strategy and plan in place, you’re ready to bring your program to life.  Making your blueprint a reality requires planning to be sure your calendar and curriculum are aligned to your new program; that your internal and external partners are all on the same page in their commitment to school success; and that your teachers, teaching artists, and arts specialists have the professional development they need to implement your program smoothly and with confidence.  As you begin to set the wheels in motion, you can refer to the following resources for the building blocks of an effective program.

Planning
